December 19, 2006 — The National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity,
a panel of the U.S. Department of Education (DOE), has voted to recommend that the Secretary of Education continue
recognition of the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) for a term of five years as a national agency
