A. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHEN
We understand your privacy concerns and disclose to the best of our ability, what types and when information is collected on this Web site. When you visit NursingDegree.Net, you may provide Us with two general types of information: Personal Information you disclose to Us in an obvious way, and Web Site Usage Information that is collected on an aggregate, non-identifiable basis as you and others browse Our Web site over time. These two types of information that we collect are outlined in sub-sections 1 and 2 below.
1. Personal Information You Can Choose to Provide
Our Web site offers services that by nature require you to provide personal information. You may choose not to provide the requested personal information, however, you will not be able to use any form, service, or product that requires such information. Sub-sections a to e discuss Our services that require personally identifiable information.
a. Information Request Forms — If you enter your personal information into any information request form on Our Web site, you expressly provide Us with information such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, professional license, citizenship, date of birth, year of graduation, and other personal identifiers. This type of information is shared with business partners as necessary to fulfill your request.
b. Registration Information — If you sign up for Brochures by Email, Our Newsletter, Blog, Forum, or other services which require registration, We collect your name and e-mail address. This type of information is used for Our own internal purposes and is not shared with business partners.
c. Email Services — We currently use Aweber (www.aweber.com) to facilitate Our Brochures by Email auto-responders and newsletter sign-ups. If you sign up for Brochures by Email or for Our newsletter, We share your e-mail and name with Aweber as necessary for Aweber to provide Us this service. This information is not used by Aweber for any other purpose, and is not shared with other business partners.
d. Correspondence Emails — If you choose to correspond with Us through e-mail, including use of Our contact us form, We may retain the content of your e-mail messages together with your e-mail address and Our responses. E-mail asking questions that are useful to other visitors may be added to Our Web site as part of a "Question and Answer" series. If used in this way, We will replace your name and omit any personally identifiable information about you to protect your privacy. You may Opt-Out by writing the words "DO NOT PUBLISH ON WEB SITE" at the beginning of your first or subsequent e-mails to Us.
e. Blog — Our Nursing Degree Network Blog is similar to a public bulletin board or forum. If you decide to register, submit a question, or submit a comment, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of Our Blog. Such information could be used to send you unsolicited messages without Our knowledge, for example. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit on Our blog (if any). You may edit your questions and comments by following the instructions provided during the registration process.
Any registered member of Our Blog who sends unsolicited messages to other members may be permanently removed. If you have received an unsolicited message from any member of Our Blog, please let Us know by use of our contact us form.
2. Web Site Usage Information
Commercial Web sites such as NursingDegree.Net collect certain non-identifiable Web site usage information as you browse the Web site. Web site usage information does not require you to register in order for Us to collect information from you. You may choose to hide, mask or block such non-identifiable information, however, you may not be able to use any form, service, or product that requires such information to be collected. Sub-sections a to c discuss Our website usage information sources.
a. Anonymous Information — Web site servers are designed to generate log files which collect information about how Our Web site is used. Information collected through Web server logs may include the date and time of visit, your IP address, your browser platform, the pages viewed, time spent on each page, and the Web sites visited before and after Our Web site.
c. Third Parties — Some of Our business partners, including advertisers and Web analytics service providers, may use anonymous third party cookies and clear gif technologies on Our Web site. Similar to Our first party cookies, anonymous information is stored temporarily on your computer to help Us better understand how you use Our Web site, and to evaluate the effectiveness of any promotions or advertisements (if any) shown to you during your visit.
B. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU PROVIDE
The nature of Our Web site is to share information about you with other people, business partners, or affiliated companies. In addition to the information that you provide to Us or that We obtain about you, We will also collect certain information arising out of your use of Our Web site, or augment that data We collect with other information from other online or offline sources. 1. Your Choices And Opt-Out Options
In all cases, you may opt-out of sharing your personally identifiable information with Us, Our business partners, affiliated, non-affiliated companies, or advertisers by choosing not to use or register for that service or content. Please read sub-sections a to d to review your available opt-out choices and options.
a. Information Request Forms — We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when We ask for this information. For example, if you request information from a college or university, you must check the box that says "I understand." However, if you do not wish to submit your personal information, you may not be able to use the Web site forms as they were intended. We can not forward your information to schools, colleges, and universities on your behalf through e-mail or over the phone. All school, college, university, and related information request forms must be submitted as they are provided.
b. Brochures by Email — Through the use of Aweber, you are required to Double-Opt-In to receive the Brochures available through Our business partners. You can Opt-Out prior to receiving the brochures, and may Opt-Out after receiving the brochures by following the instructions as provided by Aweber. In general, you simply click the Unsubscribe or Opt-Out link at the bottom of any received e-mail.
2. National and State Do Not Call Lists
If you submit a request for a product, service, or information on Our web site, We will share information about you contained in your request with Our business partners to process and fulfill your request. Our business partners may contact you by telephone, e-mail, and mail based on the information you provided to Us. If you have opted into any National or State Do Not Call List administered by the Federal Trade Commission or equivalent state agency, you may still receive a call.
If you do not wish to be contacted again by Us, that business partner, or advertiser, then you must make a request to Us, that business partner, or that advertiser not to contact you again.
3. Parent, Sister Companies, And Subsidiaries
We may share information about you with Our parent company, sister companies, subsidiaries, agents, successors, and assigns. Any content, correspondence, e-mails, or information will, as necessary, be transferred in perpetuity without your consent.

D. CONSENT, CHANGES, AND TRANSFERABILITY
