A. WHAT TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHEN

We understand your privacy concerns and disclose to the best of our ability, what types and when information is collected on this Web site. b. Registration Information — If you sign up for Brochures by Email, Our Newsletter, Blog, Forum, or other services which require registration, We collect your name and e-mail address. This type of information is used for Our own internal purposes and is not shared with business partners.

c. Email Services — We currently use Aweber (www.aweber.com) to facilitate Our Brochures by Email auto-responders and newsletter sign-ups. If you sign up for Brochures by Email or for Our newsletter, We share your e-mail and name with Aweber as necessary for Aweber to provide Us this service. This information is not used by Aweber for any other purpose, and is not shared with other business partners.

d. Correspondence Emails — If you choose to correspond with Us through e-mail, including use of Our contact us form, We may retain the content of your e-mail messages together with your e-mail address and Our responses. E-mail asking questions that are useful to other visitors may be added to Our Web site as part of a "Question and Answer" series. If used in this way, We will replace your name and omit any personally identifiable information about you to protect your privacy. You may Opt-Out by writing the words "DO NOT PUBLISH ON WEB SITE" at the beginning of your first or subsequent e-mails to Us.

e. Blog — Our Nursing Degree Network Blog is similar to a public bulletin board or forum. If you decide to register, submit a question, or submit a comment, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit there can be read, collected, or used by other users of Our Blog. Such information could be used to send you unsolicited messages without Our knowledge, for example. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit on Our blog (if any). You may edit your questions and comments by following the instructions provided during the registration process.

Any registered member of Our Blog who sends unsolicited messages to other members may be permanently removed. If you have received an unsolicited message from any member of Our Blog, please let Us know by use of our contact us form.

Web site usage information does not require you to register in order for Us to collect information from you. You can Opt-Out prior to receiving the brochures, and may Opt-Out after receiving the brochures by following the instructions as provided by Aweber. In general, you simply click the Unsubscribe or Opt-Out link at the bottom of any received e-mail.

c. Business Partner Emails — Schools, Colleges, Universities, Advertisers, and Business Partners may receive your personal information directly or indirectly through a form submission on Our Web site. In general, you will simply click the Unsubscribe or Opt-Out link at the bottom of any received e-mail. We can not opt you out of partner e-mails, because We do not maintain their database, and this Privacy Policy covers only www.nursingdegree.net. Please follow the instructions provided on any received e-mail to opt-out.

d. Promotions and Advertisements — We offer special promotions and advertisements on Our Web site. Such promotions and advertisements may be sponsored or co-sponsored by third party companies.
